“New Amsterdam has been an invaluable part of my musical learning and practice overall. When I first learned of the label upon moving to New York in 2010, their releases and live events were a place of refuge and solace in the best way possible. They did and still do represent the ultimate artistic freedom, one not bound by expectations, boundaries, divisions, but rather beyond, above, and truly embracing album-based projects as the ultimately free form of artistic expression. I cannot imagine a musical world without them, and am forever grateful for their activity.” — Molly Joyce

Composer and performer Molly Joyce has shared the remix of her song "Who Are You" by Australian composer, producer and modular synth artist David Chesworth. The original version of the song is featured on Joyce's debut full-length album, Breaking and Entering, an "airy, liberating sensation" (Seth Colter Walls, The New York Times) that shows Joyce exploring her disability as a creative source through a series of electro-acoustic works for the electric vintage toy organ.
